Kurt Edward Lundgren

After obtaining his law degree, Mr. Lundgren began his legal career as an attorney with the New York City Law Firm of Fischer, Fallon, Salerno, Betleski & Kelly. Thereafter, he worked as staff counsel for several insurance companies, including The American International Group (AIG), CNA Insurance Company, Frontier Insurance Company, and in private practice with the Law Firm of La Sorsa & Beneventano.

His case load consisted of handling complex construction accidents, insurance litigation, professional liability litigation, property damage cases, personal injury defense, and asbestos litigation throughout the country. Mr. Lundgren is a seasoned and experienced litigator, and has brought thousands of cases to successful conclusion.
